Tours & Information Sessions

Main Content

The School of Nurse Anesthesia offers in-person tours and online information sessions to those interested in applying to the DNAP (Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice) program.

In-Person Tours

In-person tours are offered during the Fall and Spring semesters. The entire tour takes place on the TCU campus in the Annie Richardson Bass Building, where the Nurse Anesthesia facilities are located.

Additionally, guests meet with the Graduate Program Coordinator and current DNAP students and are offered the opportunity to ask questions about the program and admission process. The entire tour generally takes an hour to an hour and a half.

Tour dates for the Fall semester are posted online in late August or early September and in late January or early February for the Spring semester. Guests are welcome to register on the website when tour dates are posted. Availability is first-come, first-served. We can accommodate about 10 guests on each tour.

Online Information Sessions

Online information sessions are offered during the Fall and Spring semesters. The dates for online sessions are posted in September for the Fall and February for the Spring semesters.

Online information sessions are one hour in length and conducted via Zoom. Sessions are not recorded. There is a five- to ten-minute presentation about the DNAP program, and the remaining time is dedicated to answering applicants' and prospective applicants' questions. Program faculty and current students are available to answer questions about the program and the admission process.

Online information session dates are posted in September for Fall and January for Spring semesters.
